How to Place an Order (Using the App!)
We saw a great response to our first blog post about how to place an order so we figured it was time we did a write up on how to place an order using our app! Of course, if at any point you have questions we have in-house reps ready to help you. Need to download the app? Do so here!

First step when you open the app is to simply input your address in the designated fields. We’ve used the address for our offices for the purposes of this “how-to.”
If at any point you need to edit your address, you can return to this screen simply by tapping “settings” on the bottom bar. Once you’ve input your address it’s time to view the restaurants! To do that just tap the “View Restaurants and Order!” button.
Here you’ll be able to scroll through all of the available restaurants for delivery at the time of your browsing. For the purposes of this tutorial, we’re going to use Pom’s South Portland.
I’m a big fan of their pad Thai (who isn’t!?) so I’m gonna use that food item as the example dish. On this page your able to scroll and see all of the available food options from the restaurant. For pad Thai, I selected “Noodle Dishes” and it brought me to the second picture, a sub menu of the main one. Once you’ve found something you like, simply tap the item to add it to your cart!
Since I’ve selected pad Thai it brings up the popup that asks what you would like with your dish. I like things pretty hot so I chose “Very Hot” and I’m also a big fan of beef, so naturally that was my protein for the dish. To select those things, simply tap them just as you did with adding the item to your cart. When you’re ready to check out all you gotta do is tap “cart” found at the bottom of your screen.
If you have any coupons you can input them here. We’d also like to mention that if you are a first time customer just use code “NODELIVERY” to have your delivery fee removed.
Once you hit “Checkout” you’ll be brought to this page where you enter your credit card information, phone number, confirm your delivery address, and finally you can also leave a note for your delivery driver. After that, you just tap the “Place Order” button and you’re all set! You should receive an email confirmation of your order.
