Quarantine Bites: A Breakdown
We thought it would be a fun idea to look at the statistics for the last couple of months and see what everyone has been gravitating towards while lockdown is in effect.
It’s no surprise to us but when we dove into the numbers the item that was ordered the most was purchased so much that it holds the 1st, 2nd, AND 5th slot in our stats…and that item is Pad Thai! Who doesn’t love Pad Thai, but we have to mention that the Greater Portland Area REALLY enjoys their Thai food. We decided to roll the stats back out 6-months and Pad Thai was in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd slot!
Alright, now onto the other popular items that were ordered in the past 90 days. Portland seems to not only have a hankerin’ for delicious pad Thai, but also for Indian food! The next few lines in the ranking of items ordered are all traditional Indian food dishes such a chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and everyone’s favorite garlic naan! (If it were socially acceptable to order $30 worth of naan I would)
