Support Our Community Update
First and foremost the Greater Portland Area is stronger than ever! We can’t believe the outpour of support we’ve seen for the “Support our Community” campaign we are doing. If you aren’t familiar, we’re taking donations so that we can enable our partnering restaurants to provide meals for our frontline workers and auxiliary organizations. So far we’ve been able to help a few choice groups such as the Ronald McDonald House of Maine, Maine Medical Center, and Mercy hospital.
We’ve had the pleasure of serving 195 meals where 30 have gone to the Ronald McDonald House, 25 to Mercy emergency care, and a 140 to Maine Medical Center. We’re also excited to announce that we’ve established a steady stream for deliveries to Maine Med and the Ronald McDonald House for the coming weeks!
This is all because of you and the donations you all have given so far! We are still taking donations through the “Support Our Community” restaurant tab found on the restaurants page of our website. It’s also as easy as adding it your order! We’ve added the donation options on every menu found on our site.
